Could you share some of the most significant differences you've noticed between the two cultures and how they shaped your perspective?

Coming from Haiti, a small country in the Caribbean, into the U.S., it has been quite of a journey.organized and in two place. There's, you know, the laws, there's all different cultures coming together, but everyone stays in the line. Versus in Haiti, it's a bit more chaotic, if I could say it that way.”

”Now it's interesting I think you'll be able to speak to this quote or this philosophy much more than I will, but so within what you just said the regard of the cultural aspects, how in America, where we have much more resources. There's a quote that I heard while I was in Haiti, and I think of it sometimes about the functionality of it.
I believe that the Haitian way of saying it is dégagé.
Would you say that influences your approach to work when you get to a point where you may have all the resources but it just doesn't seem to be coming together? Would you say that influences it a lot?”
